Quiz Generator is a web-based tool that allows users to create interactive quizzes for embedding on websites. The Service includes:

3. License and Usage

3.1 Demo Mode

The Service may be used in demo mode for evaluation purposes. In demo mode, certain features (such as code copying) may be restricted.

3.2 Licensed Use

Upon purchasing a license, you receive:

• A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service
• The right to create unlimited quizzes for personal or commercial use
• The right to embed generated quiz code on websites you own or manage

3.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or generated code
• Share your license key with others
• Use the Service to create illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service (questions, answers, descriptions, etc.). You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• The accuracy and appropriateness of your content
• Obtaining necessary permissions for any third-party content used

5. Payment and Refunds

5.1 Pricing

The Service is offered as a one-time purchase. Prices are listed at the time of purchase and may change without notice for future purchases.

5.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. Refund requests after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Mary Milagros retains all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARY MILAGROS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption
• Cost of substitute services

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mary Milagros and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you create using the Service

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Is harmful to other users or third parties
• Is fraudulent or illegal
